Services Provided

Okrarides acts as an agent for transfer providers (third-party transport companies and delivery services). We offer search and booking transfers on our website and work with local operators. The contract for the provision of transport services is concluded between you and the Service Provider.

We are neither a licensed taxi service nor private drivers. WE DO NOT PROVIDE transportation services directly. We only act as an intermediary between you and the driver. By booking your transfer via our platform, you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with the Driver who accepts your transfer.

Booking and Reservations

1. Booking Process

To make a reservation, you must complete all mandatory fields of the online reservation form. Ensure that all information provided is correct and complete.

2. Confirmation

Okrarides will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your booking. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support.

3. Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the transfer time. Changes to bookings should also be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent changes, please contact our customer service team.

Pricing and Payments

1. Pricing

The cost of the transfer depends on the type of vehicle and the distance between two locations. Prices are fixed and quoted during the booking process.

2. Payment Methods

Payments must be made in advance using a credit card. In certain cases, Okrarides may request prepayment.

Responsibilities and Conduct

1. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure that your travel details and contact information are accurate. You are responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited in the vehicles.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's capacity.

2. Driver Responsibilities

The driver will meet you at the agreed pick-up location and time, holding a sign with your name.

Delays and Cancellations

1. Flight Delays

In case of flight delays, please inform Okrarides. The driver may wait for a reasonable time, but prolonged delays may result in cancellation of the transfer.

2. Cancellations by Okrarides

Okrarides reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavailability, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Liability

Okrarides acts solely as an intermediary between you and the transfer provider. We are not liable for any issues arising from the transportation services provided by the drivers, including delays, cancellations, or any incidents during the transfer.

Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Amendments to Terms

Okrarides may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of any adjustments.
